Direct debit - Monthly instalment
If you wish to pay by monthly instalments from your cheque or savings account please contact our office on 0800 123 344 to arrange this facility. Also you can download a direct debit request.

Phone
To pay your premium by phone just dial 0800 441 531. Have your credit card details and premium notice on hand when you call.

Post
Detach the lower portion of your premium payment notice and post it, along with your cheque to Ansvar Insurance, PO Box 7042, Wellesley St, Auckland, 1141.

In Person
Present this notice intact at our Auckland office at Level 6, Sofrana House,396 Queen Street, Auckland.

Refund & delivery policy

As part of our service to you, if this policy is not entirely to your satisfaction for any reason, it can be cancelled by returning the policy to us within (30) days of the policy commencing. The premium will be refunded in full. Please note: you cannot claim under the policy.
